The Terms of the Circle

Every circle has its boundaries. Every art its frame. These terms describe how presence, participation, and privacy are honoured within the Sacret Society.

Presence

This website is the digital entrance to the Sacret Society. Browsing does not create any commercial or legal relationship. All concepts, text, images, and characters, including Mr. Nobody, remain property of the brand. Reproduction without written permission is not permitted. All content is artistic in nature, not therapeutic or advisory.

Data

Every detail you share is treated as part of the ritual, handled with care, protected by law, and never used outside the intent of your experience.

We collect your contact details, your answers to intake questions, and any communications exchanged with the Nobody Tells team. This information is used solely to coordinate your membership, invitations, and participation within the Circle.

All data is stored on encrypted servers within the European Union. We never sell or share your information. Access is limited to authorised personnel under confidentiality agreement.

Data is retained only as long as needed to deliver the experience or comply with legal obligations.

Minimal cookies are used, primarily functional. You may adjust or disable them in your browser at any time. This will not affect your access to the site.
